Glass Washbasin Tempering Furnace(LDTG)

1. Usage of the equipment
It can produce single or conjunctional toughened tempered washbasin. Its features are less investment, low power consumption and high efficiency.
2. Principle and brief introduction of structure
This furnace mainly consists of loading and unloading section, heating section and intensifying section. The furnace body (heating section) is steel structure, inside which is a double heat protection combined
of cotton heat retainer and fiberboard. The heating section is controlled separately in sections by means of integrated module plus programmable controller PLC. The intensifying section consists of fan, blower and transporting system. Both the positions of wind pressure and blower are adjustable.
