GlassWashBasin Tempering Furnace
1. Usage of the equipment
It can produce single or conjunctional toughened tempered wash
basin. Its features are little investment, low power consuming and
high efficiency.
2. Theory and brief introduction of construction
This furnace mainly consists of offloading section, heating section
and intensifying section. The furnace body (the heating section) is
steel structure,inside that there is a double heat protection combined
of slap-up cotton attemperator and fiberboard. The heating section is
under separated control in comparts by means of integrated module
plus programmable controller PLC. The intensifying section consists
of fan, blower and transmission system. The positions of wind pressure
and blower are both adjustable
